Judith Ohrn Hicks

Mrs. Hicks has over 15 years of experience in the field of human resource management and has spent a significant amount of her career staffing and developing organizations for emerging high technology companies. She began her career with the specialty retail division of General Mills and held management positions with both a prominent human resource consulting firm and a publicly-traded software company prior to joining Pharmacopeia in 1993. Mrs. Hicks and her staff are responsible for the recruiting, retention, training, and development of the company's worldwide employee population. She holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
