Katie Hollister

Vice President, Worldwide Client Services

Ms. Hollister leads our Client Service team, inclusive of customer service, post-sales support, training, implementation, integration services and contract research. She deploys an extensive leadership background in scientific training and client services, having led a number of prior organizations to a best-of-class in service rating. Ms. Hollister's most recent role was as Senior Executive and Vice President of Global Services at laboratory information systems vendor Triple G Systems, with responsibility for global implementations and support offered by a worldwide team located in Canada, England, and Australia. Prior to this role, she was Executive & Vice President of Client Care at Misys Healthcare Systems, leading a large service division for this premier supplier of clinical information systems.
