Dr. Milgram was previously the Director of Analytical Quality Assurance at PepsiCo, with prior positions as Director of R&D Enterprise Informatics, and Director of Quality Systems Informatics at PepsiCo as well. Dr. Milgram built the most advanced analytical testing laboratory at PepsiCo to date, which demonstrated the value of investing in modern chemical analysis instrumentation, informatics and testing methodologies. He is currently a consultant who helps organizations develop strategies for leveraging modern data science capabilities in their R&D organizations.

Jeff Brinen, Chief Engineer, Global Chemical Research, ExxonMobil Chemical Company
Jeff received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and a M.S., and Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology; he joined Exxon Chemicals organization as a Research Engineer in 1989.
Throughout his career, Jeff has been a champion for the application of High Throughput Technology – a combination of experimental techniques, scale-up methodologies, informatics, and holistic workflow analyses – as a means of accelerating new technology development. For about the last six years, as the Process Fundamentals Manager, Jeff assumed responsibility for the Global Chemicals Informatics activities. In this role, he has been leading the efforts to enhance the hardware and software platforms for ExxonMobil Chemical’s Technology organization to better support the future, global model. He was promoted to his current position of Chief Engineer in February of 2015.
Kate Lusczakoski, Director, Value Engineering & Fellow, BIOVIA Science Council, BIOVIA
Kate Lusczakoski, is a Director of Value Engineering and Science Council Fellow at BIOVIA, received her master's in neuropsychology and a doctorate in applied statistics and research methodology from the University of Northern Colorado. Lusczakoski has over a decade of experience consulting with pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies, health care organizations and federal agencies to help them achieve their business initiatives through the use of statistical applications that optimize operational excellence and data-driven decision making. She has served as an adjunct professor of applied statistics at leading Colorado universities, presented at over 40 industry conferences around the globe and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications throughout her career.
