2008 SciTegic Pipeline Pilot User Group Meeting

The 7th annual SciTegic Pipeline Pilot User Group Meeting will be held in San Diego, Wednesday March 5th to Friday March 7th. Optional training courses will be offered Monday March 3rd - Wednesday March 5th.

Final Agenda

The meeting will feature talks from Pipeline Pilot users, our software development partners and Accelrys staff, as well as discussion and feedback sessions. Related Event

Please note that the Accord Cheminformatics US UGM will be taking place at the same location on Tuesday afternoon, March 4th and the morning of Wednesday March 5th. SciTegic Pipeline Pilot users are welcome to attend that event at no additional charge.

Registration and Payment

Registration for the meeting is $450 which covers the meeting, continental breakfasts, lunches, Wednesday welcome dinner and Thursday social event. Payment must be received before you attend the User Group Meeting.


Training

In addition to the meeting, a number of training courses will be available on Monday, March 3 rd through Wednesday the 5th. Each course is either a half or a full day. Training Schedule >>>

Prices will be $250 for each half day course, $500 for each full day. Attendance at all two and a half days is $1100. In the event that we do not meet the minimum requirement of attendees for the training courses, any course may be cancelled.


Hotel Information

The meeting will be held at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. We have negotiated a special room rate of $199+tax. To secure this rate, reservations must be booked by 5pm (PST) on February 8, 2008. This rate is also available three days prior and three days post meeting dates, based on availability. Hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel by calling 800-843-4661. Please reference the 'Accelrys User Group Meeting' to receive this special rate.

Transportation and Parking

One way taxi fare from the airport is approx $60-$70. Overnight and day parking is complementary.

Social Events & Activities

A welcome dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, March 5th, and a social event will be held on the evening of Thursday, March 6th . More news to follow on this!!
