Pipeline Pilot 7.5 is a new release with a number of significant improvements to the platform, user interface, and collections. Professional Client users will learn how to more easily construct protocols with the pipeline highlighting feature and improved organization of the component hierarchy. Administrators will learn how to configure Pipeline Pilot to distribute jobs efficiently using standard distributed computing engines such as SGE, PBS/Pro, and Platform/LSF. Reporting Collection users will learn how to deploy protocols using Microsoft SharePoint and RSS feeds, and scientific researchers will learn how to manipulate and manage spectral data, and to apply statistical methods such as GFA and model selection.
