SciTegic Pipeline Pilot Student Edition

Eligibility

If you are a member of a research group at an academic institution that
issues undergraduate degrees under its own name, you can request a copy of Pipeline Pilot Student Edition. A request must be made by the head of your research group, typically your professor. Accelrys will then grant access to Pipeline Pilot Student Edition for anyone associated with the group, for use either in the lab, or on a home computer.
Please Note:

  • Accelrys licenses the Student Edition only to research groups at universities that issue undergraduate degrees
  • Requestor must have a current e-mail address from the University
  • Eligibility can differ between different research groups at a university
  • Accelrys reserves the right to refuse a license to anyone

Support

Users of PP Student Edition have access to on line support resources (FAQ, discussion forum, download library, and on line training courses). Hotline support is included when upgrading to the full client-server version.

Discussion Forum and Download Library

The Accelrys Community website provides the opportunity for users to share and download scripts and Pipeline Pilot components written by both users and Accelrys scientists. There are discussion forums where you can post questions to be answered by other members of the community, including other users and Accelrys scientists. You must register at the website to become a member.

License

PP Student Edition is a standalone version of Pipeline Pilot to be installed on each user's personal Windows machine. A single license can accommodate anyone in your research group. Note: The license will expire annually on September 30th of each year. A new request must be submitted each year prior to the license expiration to avoid discontinued usage.
