Image processing and analysis in Accelrys’ Pipeline Pilot brings together both ease of use and extensive customization for all your image data workflow needs. The Imaging collection is comprised of a suite of image specific components. Each component is a functional unit of tested code often with user definable input and output parameters. End users can combine these components into a complete image processing and analysis protocol without ever performing complex scripting or programming.
