Advanced Imaging Component Collection for the SciTegic Platform

The Advanced Imaging Collection is well suited for nearly any imaging application. The Collection includes image, measurement, and metadata readers for DICOM and HCS vendor specific file formats, in addition to all the industry-standard imaging formats. A range of new tools allow you to alter morphology, process sequences and stacks, and transform, cluster, and segment imaging data like never before. The Image Viewer components provide a simple output option for images and their data.

The Advanced Imaging Collection provides an extensive ensemble of image processing and analysis tools for Pipeline Pilot’s powerful workflow automation and visual programming platform. With processing and analysis capabilities that rival even the most sophisticated image processing packages available, the collection features a user-friendly environment that does not require computer programming skills.

Beyond the Standard Imaging Collection, the Advanced Imaging collection will allow you to:

  • Easily build and modify custom algorithms
  • Extract and manipulate regions and sub-regions in images
  • Calculate advanced intensity, shape and morphology statistics within regions
  • Associate objects in two images based on spatial proximity and calculate co-localization statistics
  • Apply learning and modeling techniques to image regions for advanced processing and analysis
  • Analyze and process image stacks and sequences

Powerful New Tools for Integrating Image and Image Associated Data

The Advanced Imaging Collection brings Pipeline Pilot’s powerful data integration capabilities to your workflows enabling unparalleled learning, clustering, modeling, statistical analysis, reporting and archiving of images and associated data. Template protocols allow rapid development of custom drill-down reporting and image link capabilities. With the Pipeline Pilot open platform, almost any standard image file format can be accommodated.
