Discovery Studio 2.0 - Update 2

This update contains a critical fix for a component collection released with Discovery Studio 2.0. To update your existing installation of Discovery Studio 2.0 or 2.0.1, follow the instructions below.

Installation

 

Windows

Detailed instructions are provided in the README included in the download. In summary, the basic steps are as follows:

• Download and run DS202Update.exe to extract the contents.
• Copy accelrys_ds202.zip to the installation folder of the Pipeline Pilot instance that Discovery Studio 2.0 is using.
• Unzip the accelrys_ds202.zip file at that location.
• Verify that the "ds" collection has been updated using the pkgutil command. The version should be 2.0.2.8084.

 

Linux

Detailed instructions are provided in the README included in the download. In summary, the basic steps are as follows:

• Download DS202Update.tgz and execute the following command to extract the contents.

  cat DS202Update.tgz | gunzip | tar xvf -

• Copy accelrys_ds202.zip to the installation directory of the Pipeline Pilot instance that Discovery Studio 2.0 is using.
• Unzip the accelrys_ds202.zip file at that location.
• Verify that the "ds" collection has been updated using the pkgutil command. The version should be 2.0.2.8084.
