Get up and running with Accelrys software as quickly as possible with Implementation Services:

• Installation: On-site installation and configuration of products
• Configuration: Custom configuration to retain the highest performance for local circumstances

Accord Cartridge Installation

The Accelrys Implementation team will work with you to install the Accord Chemistry Cartridge and to set up a database with your data. They will then carry out tuning of the Cartridge to ensure optimum performance.

Accord Enterprise Informatics Installation

To help you get up and running quickly with your purchase of Accord Enterprise Informatics (AEI), the Accelrys Implementation team will work with you to install and configure the software to your specific needs, which may include migrating your existing data to the AEI database.

AEI Installation can include all or some of the following steps:

• Plan, prepare and schedule the work
• Install Oracle on the server and clients (as needed)
• Verify the Oracle instance
• Installation of Accord Enterprise on the server machine
• Installation of Accord Enterprise client application on client machines
• Installation of Accord for Excel Enterprise, Accord Inventory, Accord HTS, Accord Web Viewer implementation, Accord Web Kit implementation (as needed)
• Run the verification test plan
• Migration of existing company data from a variety of data sources into AEI
• Provide system administration upgrade training

Oracle Installation

The AEI server and clients require a prior install of Oracle, which can also be performed by the Accelrys Implementation group. When installing Oracle, we will:

• Plan, prepare and schedule the work with you
• Install Oracle on your server and create a database tuned to optimum performance with AEI
• Install and configure Oracle on the clients

RS³ or AEI Upgrade

Existing RS³ or AEI users turn to Accelrys' Implementation team to ensure a safe, error-free upgrade to AEI.

• Plan, prepare and schedule the work
• Install Oracle on new the server and clients (as needed)
• Verify the Oracle instance
• Migrate RS³ or AEI data (as needed)
• Upgrade Accord Enterprise on the server machine
• Upgrade Accord Enterprise client application on client machines
• Install of Accord for Excel Enterprise, Accord Inventory, Accord HTS, Accord Web Viewer implementation, Accord Web Kit implementation (as needed)
• Run the verification test plan
• Provide system administration upgrade training
