The course will introduce participants to the Accord Chemistry Cartridge. The course includes an overview of the Accord Chemistry Cartridge and step-by-step instructions for installing and using the various functions it supports.

Audience - Accord Chemistry Cartridge Training

This workshop is intended for developers or database administrators who are familiar with Oracle and SQL.

On completion of the training the user will have covered:

  • The various data types available to the Oracle user
  • Importing data (structures plus meta data) from an SD file
  • Searching the data using substructure, similarity and exact matches
  • Calculating on the structures (e.g. Molecular weight, formula etc)
  • Exporting the data in a variety of forms
  • Indexes, fingerprinting and performance spec.
