• Using the enumerator to produce large libraries of products
• Splitting large libraries into smaller jobs
• Appreciating how to deal with problems such as
  • Maintaining stereochemistry at point of attachment
  • Multiple products
  • Multi-step reactions
  • Multiple reacting sites
  • Exclusions to general reaction
