During this course, attendees will learn about the Accord Enterprise table structure, how to maintain the database and how to use it to their company’s advantage.
Audience - Accord Database Administration Training
This workshop is intended for database administrators and will introduce them to the Oracle-based concepts of the Accord Enterprise database.
On completion of the 2-Day workshop the user will have covered:
Managing users and roles
Maintaining and resetting servers
Registering compounds and import structures
Managing entities (such as salts, scientists and projects)
Creating and maintaining assays and protocols
Use of various scripts and API’s to control records in the database
Use of SQL statements to access the Accord Chemistry Cartridge
