Overview - Accord HTS Training

This workshop provides an introduction to the Accord HTS client application, which integrates with the Accord Biostore database. The workshop covers basic set-up and use of the client and then follows an example workflow to show the various features of a ‘real life’ screening example.

Audience - Accord HTS Training

The course is primarily aimed at end-users of Accord HTS but may also be of interest to the database administrator.

On completion of the 1-Day workshop the user will have covered:

• Use of the Accord HTS tree and display front end
• Creating and managing sample templates and plates
• Creating new assays, assay templates and plates
• Setting up calculations within and across assay plates
• Importing ,calculating, curve-fitting and approving data
• Running reports and query data
• Managing administration of Accord HTS (eg. Dilution methods, data file converters and plate translators)
