Overview - Accord Inventory Training

This workshop provides step-by-step instructions for using the features of the Inventory add-in for the Accord Biostore database. The workshop covers basic use of Accord Inventory, including managing containers, materials and tracking container heritage.

Audience - Accord Inventory Training

The workshop is aimed primarily at end-users, but may also be of interest to database administrators.


On completion of the 1-Day workshop the user will have covered:

  • Use of the List Manager and List Viewer to track lists and queries
  • Use of browsers to create and manage containers and locations
    Tracking container heritage
  • Managing container and material requests from other individuals in their organization
  • Use of protocols to create bottles, vials and plates
  • Querying on the Accord Enterprise database for materials, containers and requests
