Overview - Accord Software Development Kit Training

The class covers the use of the Accord Software Development Kit to produce chemically aware applications. Consideration is given to the chemical toolkit functionality that is supported. An additional 1-day course is available to explore the CombiChem add-on.

Audience - Accord Software Development Kit Training

This workshop is intended for developers.


On completion of the 2-Day workshop the user will have covered:

  • Beginning Accord SDK sessions and Chemistry objects
  • Pasting, reading and importing structure files
  • Chemically searching structures
  • Storing structures to a database
  • Calculating properties of molecules
  • Editing and coloring structures, programmatically manipulate atoms and bonds
  • Exporting data to external files

Additional 1-Day Accord SDK CombiChem Add-On Course

  • Use of SDK calculators to enumerate libraries of reactants
  • Clipping and displaying structures
