Plate Data Analytics Collection Training

Overview and Audience

The Pipeline Pilot Plate Data Analytics Collection extracts, analyses, and reports on data from plate based assays, including but not limited to single measurements, dose-response data, kinetic data, multiplex data, HCS images, and HTS molecules.  This course covers the use of the collection. 


Prerequisites: Fundamentals of Pipeline Pilot, or equivalent experience in customizing components and developing custom protocols.

Optional Requisite: Introduction to Reporting Collection, or equivalent experience.

This is a half-day course.

On completion of the workshop attendees should have the ability to modify and create protocols utilizing the Pipeline Pilot Plate Data Analytics Collection
